Maintenance & Repairs
As a brief outline, we make frequent visits to our blocks to inspect communal areas, organising general repairs and dealing directly with contractors to ensure any work that is carried out is monitored by ourselves. We are able obtain comparable quotes for any necessary work to ensure the best price is obtained; we have strong working relationship with reputable contractors including Electricians, Plumbers, Roofing Contractors, General Builders and Surveyors in the town.
Administration & Secretarial Work
We maintain all the Registers of the Company, updating as and when required. We also complete and file the Annual Return of the Company. All formal notices of General Meetings are sent to Members usually conducting AGMs at the board room in our offices. We also call and conduct Directors Meetings either on a quarterly or monthly basis or as and when required by our clients ensuring strong working relationships are built and maintained.
Administer the Management Company Bank Account and collect Maintenance and Ground Rent payments, making all necessary payments to Utility Companies and Contractors on behalf of the Management Company All service charges are prepared and distributed to members, all invoices are followed up with legal action being taken if necessary. Monthly bank reconciliation of company Bank Accounts are carried out.
