Money Shield is a Government approved client money protection (CMP) Scheme enabling lettings and estate agents to reassure tenants, landlords, buyers and vendors that their money is safe.

Lettings:

Alongside our block management services we also offer a full property lettings and management service headed by our senior property manager Debby. This is especially beneficial to our existing block management clients as we will only consider applicants suitable to the development as far as possible. You also have peace of mind knowing that we will endeavour to ensure tenants adhere to the terms and conditions of the headlease which other agents may not be aware of and we offer preferential rates for existing block management clients.
